The “Intellectual Capital” Charitable Foundation contributed to partial renovation works at the Odesa Academic Ukrainian Music and Drama Theater named after V. Vasylko — one of the oldest theaters in Ukraine, now in its 97th theatrical season.
The theater is housed in a unique architectural monument of the early 20th century. This historic building has preserved traces of many eras and is already preparing for its 120th anniversary.
By the 30th anniversary of Ukraine’s Independence, audiences were able to enjoy a renewed space — a bright and solemn hall that brings aesthetic pleasure daily to the residents of Odesa and the city’s guests. The Foundation played an important role in this renewal by supporting reconstruction initiatives. The V. Vasylko Theater is not only a stage but also a spiritual platform where the Ukrainian word, tradition, and art resonate from generation to generation.
