The “Intellectual Capital” Charitable Foundation has implemented a project to publish a new book by renowned Odesa poet Valeriy Sukharev — “The Map of Youth.”
The publication of the book became a remarkable event in the cultural life of Odesa. The collection includes poems written in recent years — lines created both before the war and during it. The book’s design was created by Oksana Shumska, the cover features artwork by painter Stepan Alekyan, and the back cover shows a fragment of a map of the southern coast of Odesa, symbolizing the path of the author and an entire generation of romantics.
Valeriy Sukharev’s poetry is filled with musicality, gentle melancholy, and a deep sense of his native city, where poetry becomes a way of life.
The “Intellectual Capital” Foundation develops projects in the fields of art, literature, and education, creating opportunities for new publications, new names, and new ideas that shape the cultural future of Ukraine.
